Initial Consultation

We start our project with a consultation to familiarize ourselves with our clients and the project. We listen and gather information about their challenges, ideas, and goals so that we are able to formulate solutions and propose our plan to achieve their vision.

Design Process

Our design team measures and photographs the space and helps our clients visualize the design possibilities by hand drawing, sketching and utilizing state of the art tools of the trade such as CAD and SketchUp to create beautiful and unique 3D models of our conceptual design.

Material Selection

Depending on the project the material selection phase may range from selecting furniture, art, light fixtures, draperies, and rugs to selecting finish construction materials such as cabinetry, doors, windows, hardware, trim pieces, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures and appliances. Selecting materials can be an inspiration and an adventure. We browse small eclectic shops as well as designer galleries with an open mind. Over the years we have built a relationship with dependable and reliable vendors we can trust. We are well traveled, very resourceful and know how to find the perfect piece.

Construction and Project Management

Our crew members have been working together for years. They are qualified and trustworthy experts whose dedication to the end result and attention to details are unparalleled. They work well together and the transition between the various phases of the construction of the project is seamless. From the beginning the crew participates in the creation of the designs sharing their valuable builder’s input. The designer, project manager, and crew members collaborate on site from the beginning of the first day of demolition to the completion of the project.
